Building Schools for the 21st Century

School Leader Development: Building 21st Century Schools is a unique professional learning experience that combines video, challenge questions, discussion and expert resources. Developed under the sponsorship of the Microsoft® Partners in Learning initiative, this program addresses dimensions of change, guiding student learning, and implementing strategies for success of all students. TICAL and ACSA's Technology Leadership Group have partnered to make the School Leader Development program available to California school leaders.

Participants who successfully complete this 2-day workshop will be authorized to facilitate the curriculum in their own districts or regions. They will receive free access to the curriculum and all resources used during the training. After training, participants will have access to an online community that enables them to receive support from other participants in their region — and worldwide — as they take these new ideas back to their schools.
