For the first time in American history, we have three, and in some places even four different generations working side-by-side in the workplace. In California school districts, the average age of superintendents is increasing while the average age of new principals is falling.

For his doctoral dissertation, Jay Greenlinger chose to study how baby boomer superintendents can best lead and support millennial principals.  In this episode of Radio TICAL, Jay shares some of the key things he learned.
