Visionary leadership in the area of educational technology is only one of Sandra Hardage's virtues. With more than 22 years experience in the field of K-12 education, she has taught every grade except Kindergarten and sixth, and has also taught college and national distance education courses for adult education.
Sandra's ability to provide staff development and training for teachers, administrators, media and distance learning personnel for 27 different school districts demonstrates her uncanny ability to be organized and well versed in the needs of all her schools.
Sandra's keen interest in how technology can be used to enhanced classroom achievement for students and instructors has been the foundation of her work in the areas of distance learning, educational technology, and web-based resources. She has researched and created professional development activities for local, state, regional, and national conferences.
Although Sandra officially retired in 2007, her leadership in technology has had a huge impact in helping schools and the state to improve educational systems.
