The self-assessment is based upon the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Standards 9 & 16, which are the Standards of Quality and Effectiveness for Professional Teacher Induction Programs. Based on the results of the assessment, educators can view and receive guidance on areas which they should consider seeking additional training. District professional development leaders and site principals will be able to get up-to-date data on the technology proficiency level of their staff that provides information for district and school professional development planning. In addition they have access to download the data
for district and school technology planning; and an online system for managing and evaluating the impact of a technology professional develop program that is being implemented at the county, district, or school level. |
