It has evolved from a centrally-run organization to a decentralized network of regional centers that provide technical assistance and personalized support to schools. CES National supports the work of regional centers which coach schools through systematic change at the school site. This organizational structure allows CES to maintain both a national vision and a strong commitment to local implementation.
