This blog post is right on track.  I love how you&#039;ve pulled together different streams of transformation into a single thread.  I do agree that the waves of change are just going to accelerate and grow in the near future.  As school leaders we have an obligation to think differently and develop adaptive organizations.  

While the emerging technology definitely serves as a catalyst for change, the truly agile organizations will be supported by a strong foundation of trusting relationships.  The schools, districts, and systems that have relational trust and leverage the networked, information-rich digital era will find a way to navigate through the turbulence and best serve our students and communities.
